Victor Smith is nothing short of a pinner, shredder, gnar-getter, or any other adjective you can imagine to describe someone who kills it on a bike. His results on and off the race course are proof of that. At the 2013 Whip Off World Championships in Whistler, Victor crashed in one of his "tie breaker" runs and walked away with a broken back. But despite the crippling pain, he was able to fight his way to a top five finish! Victor's background in moto racing has clearly transferred over to the MTB world in his speed, style, and mental toughness and helped him earn an astounding 4th place overall finish at the NorthWest Cup in what was his inaugural year of pro downhill racing. While not destroying trails with his TR450, Victor can be "found" building them as part of the famous Treelines crew.
Victor would like to thank his amazing sponsors: Transition Bikes, Race Face Components, Royal Racing, Smith Optics, Five Ten Footwear, Continental Tires, SR Suntour, Park Tool, Voke Tab, One Ball Jay, Answer Products, and last but certainly not least Shuttle Nuts Bike Racks.
