As a flatlander from Michigan, racer and team manager Steve Dempsey’s strict XC background is impressive: three top-20 finishes at Iceman Cometh, extensive experience on the Pro XCT circuit, three top-10 finishes (and 5th overall) in the 2013 Cascadia Dirt Cup, a 2nd place finish at the Capitol Forest Super-D and 37th Pro finish at the 2013 Iceman Cometh. With equal passion and dedication, Steve has acquired and managed a team budget, created both print and web content, and secured pit space at every event—all while still crushing it on the race course. Whether it’s on a bike or wrench, Steve’s stoke is always turned up to 11.
